sandeeb126 Can you please advise if you are going to ship my order from Dec. 12 or is there a problem with it? At this point I'm not going to be able to get it in time for Christmas.

collpole @sandeeb126 hi, I sent you a message earlier about this. I am so sorry, I did ship this item a few days ago, I believe on the 14th. I am not sure why it hasn’t started tracking, I dropped it at my post office and they are usually very good. I will go there and ask them if they know what happened. I am so sorry about this, I don’t understand what the delay could be.

collpole @sandeeb126 I dropped it in the box inside my post office, I normally bring it right to the counter but there was a long line so I decided to drop in the box. I’ve done this many times without issue so I didn’t realize it would be a problem. Therefore I don’t have a tracking number until it’s scanned into their system. I have never had issues with shipping and this is the second item in the past week that has taken much longer to start tracking. I apologize and will follow up.

collpole @sandeeb126 I checked at the post office today, was told they were absolutely swamped last week and short staffed. She said it likely got picked up and not scanned in so it could be waiting to get scanned somewhere or it could show up without tracking. She was very apologetic which I know doesn’t help you. So sorry about this!

sandeeb126 @collpole Yes that is super frustrating. I guess I’ll wait and see if it shows up by Thursday and if not I’ll probably ask you for a refund especially if you insured the package and you can get your money back from the post office.
