reneesmalley805 I have reached out several times to headquarters and they keep giving me the same answers..”they are delayed due to high holiday volume”. It’s frustrating to me but if you’d like to reach out too that might help put a fire under their butt, since they’ve had the LV for nearly two weeks waiting to be processed. I am so sorry for the delay! It is completely out of my hands. Let me know if you have any questions.
