Hi there. I’m sorry you didn’t like the packaging of the earrings. They were in tissue paper in a bubble mailer, and a thank you card was included. Were the earrings damaged in any way?

Hi there! I am so so sorry for the delay. I usually always ship the very next day. I have not been able to find the skirt for some reason. I have so many items and three closets full of clothing and things have been so busy here. I am off tomorrow so if you wouldn’t mind me getting back to you then I can look more thoroughly. I am so sorry. I have searched everywhere for this skirt. I can only think that one of my daughters must have mistakenly packed it when they moved out. I am going to have to cancel. I apologize. Please feel free to take 30 percent off of anything you see in my closet for the inconvenience.
