Why do you wait over two and 1/2 weeks to say you did not get an item, that was clearly tracked and delivered to you, gift wrapped with a gift. This is a time to love one another and take care of one another. It is a time to give thanks and to be kind and generous.

They were purple butterfly earrings with a handwritten thank you note & two inspiration wrist bands.You gave me 1 star/said I could use improvement. I work very hard at packaging my items. Your 1 star reflects poorly on my posh stats. Would you go back into your purchases, which is under your face. click Purchases, find item, purple butterfly earrings and you are able to change your review.

joniesplace if you had a problem with the order, you should have opened a case or asked me ahead of time. exact measurements were shown in the photos. the responsibility of fit always falls to the buyer since the seller has no way of knowing what size you are. description also clearly states "bat wing" sweater. again I was clear. I only received $2 for selling you a brand new sweater. I do not deserve the low rating you provided.
