debij543 I just read your 1 star rating and comment on the beaded new with tags bag you purchased from me. You indicated a hole in the glove. I notice you had purchased some gloves from a different seller. Is it possible you rated the wrong item as I know the bag did not have any flaws when I shipped it to you? If so, you can go in and change for rating for the bag within 30 days of purchase. Thank you!

lnfts I have googled since I was not sure about your course of action to get a refund from us. It indicated you should open a Return Case which Posh folks will review and then issue you a return label and refund your money. I use the pc version (not phone app), but if the phone app won't allow you to do this, please contact Posh customer support to get technical help. Again, our sincerest apologies.
