Hi. My mother, Lisa, hand-paints boots, and I sell them. She's very good at it! If you have a pair of boots that you're thinking are kind of meh... Contact us. My mother can make them outstanding. When my mom paints a pair of boots, first she strips the manufacturer's seal off. Then she rubs a good oil into the leather, coconut oil or sunflower. She waits two days, then she paints. After the paint dries, she uses a sealant, to seal the paint. She has amazing patience, when painting.

bootsncolors I only use Angelus leather paints. It's formulated to bond with the leather, and I use a sealant, so that the paint doesn't peel off. I just finished a brown pair of Ariats.
