born_againbtq @concetta62 I think you should take some of the stock photos from google images and definitely put your cover photo showing the entire shoe and I'll bet that'll help and then just raise the price and wait. Sometimes I think it's psychological when they see them lower they don't think they're worth as much and these are so cute, I'd totally charge more💕💕💕

born_againbtq @concetta62 I'll tell you the VERY best advice I can give you that I've learned is unless you're willing to just give something away for way less than it's worth it's better to just set a fair price to begin with and write that your prices are firm unless bundled. Honestly, marking things down has NEVER worked for me unless it's just a stupid crazy mark down. But let's talk

sarahgray84 Hi I have an issue with a purchase I received from you. I bought the Lululemon Black leggings from you. I accepted the package and gave you a rating already. But o was just getting them out and they are not a size 4 like described, they are a size 2. They will not fit my daughter. This was a xmas present. Is there anything you can do?

cettaboutique @sarahgray84 hi! I just looked through my photos of my packaging process and they are clearly marked size 4, they were my daughters. That being said, I obviously don’t want my buyers unhappy. The only thing I can think of is to contact Poshmark? I can’t do anything on my end. Once the package is in your possession you would have to intiate some kind of return, but my pics all say size 4. Also, you can list them, they usually sell pretty quickly....

cettaboutique @candisadams75 ok well i contacted YOU first and more than once and I had already reported the transaction to Poshmark and they emailed me today that YOU accepted the package. That’s not my fault. The tracking number is 9405 5102 0206 1098 5211 92. In case you don’t know Poshmark has notified all that the post office is dealing with delays from the coronaviris. Again, not my fault.
