lindseybbc Hi, you purchased an Eileen Fisher shirt from me that hasn't started tracking for some reason. I put it in a post office box on the 24th and another item mailed in the same box at the same time started tracking last night. I'm sure things are backed up due to the holidays but wanted to let you know it was sent and if for some reason it doesn't start tracking soon I'll follow the necessary steps for a refund. Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience it should be well on its way to you by now:)

I just went into my local post office to inquire about it and he said since it was going to California and the other item that is already tracking was going to Florida could be the Factor and why it's not tracking yet. He said give it a another day or two and if it's still not tracking to go to the Post Office it would have ended up at based on the box I drop them in. I'll stay on top of it :-)

lindseybbc Good morning :) it's still not tracking and the other item mailed at the same time has already arrived in Florida so I'm not so confident anymore. I am going to the post office tomorrow morning. Maybe the label Messed up and it's somewhere in their office. If it's not I'm going to refund your money. either way. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this is the first time it's happened with any of my items.

joanna_drennen Hi Conchita, I mailed your Eileen Fisher dress 3 days ago, and am unsure what has occurred with the lack of tracking. I dropped it at the post office after hours in the Dropbox. I have sent an inquiry to the USPS. This is the second time this has occurred w Poshmark, last one did not track for a wk, buyer cancelled but received the order 2 days after cancellation, kept item. I never rec'd pmt. I can only apologize for the delay since the parcel is out of my hands quite literally.
