kkbroylrs @swinefrenchie It is not fair. I really want that necklace. If I had known this would happen I would have just bought it here. Please explain to the other buyer. I have a hold on my credit card too, because I made the offer. Holds are released in 3 days. She won't get the item before then. I am very upset.

swinefrenchie @kkbroylrs I am sorry but the necklace sold. I am new to this site and the other one and meant the order to go to you. Since you never purchased the item your card was never charged. Although the other buyer got to the necklace before you, I am obligated to keep the sale because their card was in fact charged. I know you are very upset, and I am sorry. I am willing to discount another item in my store due to the error on my end.
