Im sorry about the necklace being tangled, it was 100% untangled and perfectly fine when I put it in the box. It must have gotten tangled during the shipping process. I don't know how I would have prevented that 😕

No problem at all. I would suggest you take an index card and cut two slits in it and wrap the necklace around the card. Maybe use your business card. Have a great day!!
