dapperchicbtq Hey Connie! I just saw your LC top wasn’t there! Yikes! When you rate a package it means you accept it, but in this case you definitely shouldn’t have if it wasn’t there!! Have you ever opened a posh case? If not, I can help you through it. We need to let them know that the post office didn’t deliver the top. If you have, open one up so this can be resolved and you can get your money back. I apologize for this happening- it was such a cute top!! ❤️Meg

dapperchicbtq @mlopez8 on the order- select the button marked problems / order inquiry- and it will lead you thru the process to get a case opened. I think delivery issue is an option.
