drnksuzys @princessfuzball hello. I just got a message from posh that the nwot Betsy Johnson dress that you received is torn and their are stains? That dress was never worn . That really upsets me . I have a 5 star rating and this has,never happened . Pretty unbelievable. Please return the dress with its original packaging please. . Sorry you have to deal with this. I would never sell something like that.. good thing I take lots of pictures of my items. Thank you. Susan

princessfuzball @balgazr thanks for the message, Susan. I absolutely loved the dress. Super adorable and fit perfectly, so I hate to return it 😔. There was a pretty significant pull in the fabric front in center of the bodice next to one of the buttons, a run in the fabric by one of the hems, and white stains all over the lining of the skirt. I believe that these flaws must have just passed your attention, and it wouldn't prevent me from buying from you in the future.

drnksuzys @princessfuzball thanks for the response . How was the package it was sent in when you received it? Can you please send the same package back with the dress. I would appreciate it. Was,the thank you note in it and was it wrapped neatly in tissue? Not sure what happened. I don't even wear a,2. I am a 6. I bought for my daughter and she did not like the color. Well sorry you got it like that. I actually can't wait to see it to compare with my photos.. thanks susan

princessfuzball It came nicely wrapped in tissue paper, but the parcel was not padded or anything. I actually put it in a box to ship for extra protection. I didn't save the original parcel, but I don't remember it being damaged or anything. I will ship out tomorrow morning.
