lizfromny Hi Connie, I have to apologise to you for the cancellation of your order. I was giving the boots little cleaning before packing, and I noticed a small peeling on the inside of the sole of the left boot. If I went ahead with the shipping you would be disappointed. outdoorthreads Very sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase. I wanted to let you know that both the coat and the organizer are my personal items and no one in my home smokes so I’m perplexed as to how they would have any odor. I want to make sure this doesn’t happen again, so if you have any other feedback, please let me know. I have washed and air dried both items in the past. Again, my apologies.

connielbates13 Very odd, thank you for the response. I just washed the jacket (which is adorable) on cold and it seems fine. I'm trying to do the same on delicate with the makeup holder and I'm sure it will be OK too. Thank you for reaching out!
