Hi! The magic of Shibori hit me a few years ago, and since then I soak, wring, fold, bind, dip, rinse, oxidize, and lastly bleed the remnants of the Indigo, that I use to hand dye towels, linen table cloths & napkins, new and vintage, Silk sarongs, scarves, canvas totes, pillow cases, sheets and bed covers, curtains and everything silk, linen or cotton, all using this ancient Japanese technique called Shibori. I was able to travel to Japan and take lessons in a live in Japanese Textile Course 🍃

connieavf @turtlegurlygirl you asked me on the other comment if I dye using other colors. In my @shiboribythesea Instagram account, you might be able to see, in the very beginnings, other colors. But I did love working with Indigo because of the nature of the work it entails. But, if you were looking for commissions in other colors we could talk through that site. My number is there as well💙

lovenarf Oh, Now that I read further down in my messages I see it is a 1920s party. This will be the perfect dress. And it is a sheath as opposed to formfitting so I think it should work for you.
