lgeg2009 @css1115 Sorry that you were satisfied with your purchase 100%. I take pride in the items I sell and never misrepresent them. My item described the materials that it was made off which are very soft and tend to have a loose fit. Item was never described as firm. In the future, please ask any questions you have prior to purchase in order to avoid giving the seller low ratings for something that was never asked for or stated in the description.

lgeg2009 @css1115 The rating is about the experience with the seller. If you received exactly what the posting listed and showed, then it is not the sellers fault. That’s why it’s important to ask any questions you have prior to purchase. I did what we needed to do on my end, it was just simply not to your liking once you received it. That is totally normal, just don’t ding the seller for what you thought it would be when the posting said nothing about it being the way you imagined.
