The ring and f.p. fleece were shipped in Sep. boxes due to being purchased separately and 2 shipping labels provided by Posh. the fleece was sent which you recd with the shipping label on box for ring. The ring box will have shipping label for fleece. Try next time to make bundle so you save $ in shipping and everything together

resalehippies @consamjen01 we never received the picture and then you updated the rating to 2 stars for no response. What exactly do you want? A bad review without reaching out after a bargain over a supposed imperfection on the inside of the boot is bad, but when we messaged asking for a photo saying we would take care of it only to never have a photo and then get lowered even more stars is wrong. We give good deals on good products and when we make a mistake we make things right and that review is wrong.
