peachmont The photos provided on the listing represented the item and condition, I'm sorry you were not pleased. Ratings do affect ALL of us poshers who try their very best and rely on those stats, It certainly looks like from previous comments with others you have not been pleased with the items you purchase and rate very poorly. Perhaps you should consider purchasing new items only. Oh, and by the way, when You make a low offer of nearly 50% off list price and its accepted, make sure your able to pay
