lamenz @cjployhar So they said due to massive flooding in the area, there have been some delays over the last 48 hours. She said it's possible they didn't even pick up that box yet. I was told to give it another 24 hours and then check back in if it's still hasn't showed up. So sorry for any inconvenience!

mrsv99 Hello Connie-oh my goodness I greatly appreciate your feedback in regards to the contents inside being wet as the post office themselves advised me to use those envelopes since they are “supposed” to be waterproof! I will not only ensure I won’t use them again but will have to double up the packaging to avoid this. Again, I truly apologize about this inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your feedback so I am aware and can correct it!
