conniekwalters @mishatanner Thanks a lot, Michelle. One question ... I have a few people who started a bundle, but only with one thing. Do they come back and add things? When it’s in their bundle, is it ‘off the market’ and no one can see it anymore? What should I do with them?

vikingbreed @conniekwalters hi there, I have people ass just one item to a bundle as well. I never offer anyone a price when They only add one item to a bundle. I think a lot of times they do it by accident. It does not prevent other people from buying it at all.

conniekwalters @misscindyh Good morning! Can you tell me why Poshers include !, the letter A and spaces in their names? Does it put them at the top of search lists or ? Dunno. Thanks!

misscindyh @conniekwalters I don’t believe that is the case. Poshmark has a lot of algorithms that change all the time. I think there are so many similar names that people just do that to be able to use the name they want but some probably might think an A puts them at the top but I doubt that works. So basically I don’t know 😂

conniekwalters @mishatanner Hi there! I just sold two items to the same person and she didn’t bundle them so she’s charged two shipping fees. I’d like to combine the items and send them to her with one label and one shipping charge. She’s already purchased, but I haven’t shipped. Can you please tell us what we need to do in order to avoid the second shipping charge? Can she reverse her sale and bundle or is there something I can do for her on my end? vikingbreed @conniekwalters yes, unfortunately. They usually get back to you in 24 hours. I had a similar thing happen to me and they were able to fix it for me, but it did take 24 hours.

neb201856 Hi, I just purchased and received this order: Order #: 5e7429f08ad6bb5c6409fdf9. The bag is really nice, but I am very disappointed that the metal chain hardware is gold. The listing did not indicate the hardware color. since the bag is silver, I thought the hardware would be silver. It appeared so in the pictures. if I had known tha the metal was gold, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Is there any possibility of accepting a return? Thank you.
