thrifty_jewelry I hope you enjoy your ballet and what you took from me because if you cancel the order when is on the way and you didn't pay you need to send back my 3 necklaces . I think that you knew what you were doing. and you wanted all for free. what you did was wrong. my family depends on the money I make.

thrifty_jewelry I offered you cancel before I send it or exchange for another when I left the hospital and you say I want that for a ballet because goes with my outfit. I told you Im going to send it today and the same day you cancelled. my mistake was being truthful because I told you in the same moment I left the post office. I still believe there is good people and at the end I act correctly but you don't.

conniehavelka @thrifty_jewelry Hi Sara, I left a comment on your page somewhere else, I hope you see it. I didn't know how to reach you, because messaging was turned off when you reported me. I did not cancel anything, Poshmark automatically did because the item wasn't sent in 21 days. I did not know how to get ahold of you, I am unfamiliar with Poshmark so I am glad you commented here.

conniehavelka I would like to get the money back to you, but need to know how you would like me to send it? I want you to know that I did nothing dishonest, and didn't even know the item had been cancelled until I saw your message. I thought everything was done and was happy you had shipped it. I have an email from Poshmark explaining they do it automatically when items are not shipped within 21 days.

thrifty_jewelry @conniehavelka you had time enough if you wanted to do it . I don't like to do this way. I was honest with you I try so hard to send it to you because first I was in the hospital and l told you that I need time or you can cancell it. when I finally find it and shipped it I look and I saw that the order was cancelled the day I told you I did it. I gave you different opportunities for cancelling or exchange for something more expensive and it's what I don't understand and hut me.

conniehavelka @thrifty_jewelry You are not understanding. I DID NOT CANCEL the order. Poshmark automatically did it. I did not it was cancelled until I saw your message. I reached out to support and there was NOTHING I COULD DO. I did not ask for a refund, and I could not stop it. I am now trying to make it right to give you the money and you are treating me like I am dishonest. Asl Poshmark. They sent me an email explaining their policy is to cancel and refund at 21 days.

conniehavelka @thrifty_jewelry When I saw your message asking me why I cancelled, Poshmark had turned off my ability to message with you. I did not know how to reach you. I work, have many hours of ballet, and other life things ( as you did when you were in the hospital and expected me to be patient). All I want is for you to send me information on how to do that. You should contact support and ask them how I can pay you

conniehavelka @thrifty_jewelry My email states "Please note that this is done automatically by our system and we are unable to hold on to purchase even if the buyer is aware of the delay." It also states that you can create another listing for the item and I can re-purchase.

thrifty_jewelry @conniehavelka you have the items, not me I can put it again and you pay me but what I send you? I can’t send the one you bought because you have it. I reached Poshmark but they didn’t answer. I’m going to try to reach then again or tell me what or how we can do.You need to understand me,. I can’t walk and I need to reach my daughters and like you they need to work long hours for my 5 grandkids. That money it’s not a big amount but I can’t let go, you understand me?
