koalaandkween @conniethomps693 If you are in the app, click on your name on the bottom right. scroll to My Purchases and it should show the belt. Click it and there will be an option to cancel if it is within 3 hours.

koalaandkween @conniethomps693 If that doesn't work, you can always ask the seller to cancel for you. Sometimes they are nice about it. Since you are new, they might be kind.

koalaandkween @conniethomps693 another thought is that the seller canceled because you are new. Some sellers get nervous about new buyers. In that case, your money would show back up in a couple of days. Email support@poshmark.com to get to the bottom of it. I'm sorry you are having such a terrible experience here so far.
