conniehale781 @nancyconner645 Hi Nancy! Thank you for the warm welcome!! :) I do have a question, if you don’t mind me asking. As you know, I’m new to this platform and I purchased (I think) a pair of TOM’S shoes last night and I’m not 100 percent sure if the purchase went through. I’ve tried to send a message to the seller catd5b to no avail. I’m going on vacation in a week and really need to get these shoes. Haha. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks a bunch!!!

nancyconner645 @conniehale781 Have you received a confirmation email? When a purchase is made, Poshmark automatically pulls the money from your method of payment, and send confirmation emails to both seller and buyer.

conniehale781 @nancyconner645 I purchased the shoes prior to signing up for POSH. The email address that was used for payment via Apple Pay is no longer valid so I cannot see if the payment went through nor any communication from the seller. I also checked my bank to see if funds were pulled, and I don’t see the transaction. I haven’t heard back from the seller either.

nancyconner645 @conniehale781 I don't know about why the seller hasn't communicated... perhaps she works and hasn't seen your inquiry. However, I went to her closet, and found the pair of shoes with your comment on it. They are not marked sold. I would say your transaction did not go through, and you should buy them again, with correct payment info.

nancyconner645 At the sale, it is also automatic that Poshmark puts a sold banner on the listing. That banner is not there, and the shoes are still open for purchase.

nancyconner645 @conniehale781 At the sale of a listing, Poshmark also automatically puts a sold banner on the item. that banner is not there, so she probably doesn't know that you attempted to buy them, as she never got an email, either.
