maybellemabelle @kcdludlu I just saw your note - Posh sent me a new shipping label with a note saying there was an updated shipping address on Friday afternoon. The new one has your apt # included which the old one did not. Same building # and street of 1*** P***** Dr. (stars for your privacy). Hopefully thats correct. I mailed it Saturday morning. It should arrive for you early this week. If its not correct, its coming back to me again. I can't track it this time tho. fingers crossed. Keep me posted.

maybellemabelle go to your my purchases list under your profile pic. go to each purchase. it will list the seller. click on their name. Their closet will come up. you can then either go to the little shopping bag icon next to the about button, click on that and your item should pop up with the options to comment directly to the seller and explain what happened.

maybellemabelle @kcdludlu if the little shopping bag doesn't work to take you directly to your purchase and the ability to comment, go to the about button next to it, click on that and it will give you their profile info. There will be a comment button under their profile pic. You can comment there and explain what's happened.

maybellemabelle the seller can then either cancel the original order and resell it back to you with your new shipping address, or discuss options

maybellemabelle @kcdludlu If you love the item, I'd get in touch with the seller for sure to explain. But for each purchase, you can in addition contact posh support with the original order #, ask them to update shipping label and send to each seller and then posh will get in touch with them. You can also discuss with the seller that they get in touch with posh support with the order # for new shipping label - which is what I did.

maybellemabelle @kcdludlu if the item is still showing as in transit, (under 'my purchases', you can see), there is a button to edit address. you could also try that. I've never done so but it might work too

maybellemabelle @kcdludlu if you look at each of them, it will show the address they are destined to, and if need correction, hit that edit address button and get in touch with both the seller and posh so that an updated shipping label can get to the seller. :>
