mrericswife10 @drjax904 No problem... Can you tell me how to cancel a purchase like I just did. I’m just getting back into the Poshmark realm from a couple yrs hiatus... I️ wanted to cancel something I️ ordered and didn’t know how. I️ even looked it up and didn’t get the concept! Where would I️ look for a cancel button? Thanks in advance.

drjax904 @mrericswife10 hey, you only have 3 hours to cancel an order after you buy it. Then if the seller doesn't ship it in like 7 days, then you can cancel the order then. The seller can cancel the order for you at any time on their end though, without explanation. Just go under "my purchases" then problems/order inquiry, accidental purchase.

drjax904 @mrericswife10 also, once the seller marks the item as "shipped" (by checking off all the little boxes on the order form on Poshmark) then the buyer cannot cancel the order even if it's within the 3 hours. Only the seller can cancel the order for the buyer. Sometimes sellers on here will check off all the boxes that it's shipped right when they get the order so that the buyer cannot cancel.

drjax904 @mrericswife10 Make sure you click on the item you are having problems with, then go under "my purchases" then "problems/order inquiry," "accidental purchase" or etc.
