sparklebymelbtq hey girl! the item came with magnets to stick and hang. they were in a plastic bag, attached to the item. It is in fact magnetic once you install the magnets onto the frame.

I revisited this and unfortunately the magnets (4 in number) which were not included in the listing but included in package, are for the front of the canvas but would not be possible to begin to hold up the weight of the picture! It is a beautiful item but the listing was incomplete/misstated. I’m sure this was not intended.

janus660 Hi Constance, I was packaging the robe u bought & upon looking closely at sleeves I think this has been worn before. I bought from Amazon large box where people return items that they didn’t like or fit & Ive never come across one that looks like it’s been used. I’m sure it would most likely once washed be fine but

If you’d like me to still send I’d want you to pick out an appreciation gift from my closet with a price of up to $15 that I’d send with the robe. I’m sorry for this delay & misunderstanding. The rest of robe looks great, it’s just one side of cuffs that look like there a little compressed wear & I can tell has been worn. Please let me know ASAP, thanks Jan

janus660 Hi, I am sorry you weren’t happy with the robe. I really wish you would have opened a case with PM though rather than give me just one star. I did let you know & I really did my best to send you a nice bonus gift too. It’s just an unfortunate thing that I didn’t notice until packing it up. I try really hard to maintain 5 stars & the one star just really hurts my sales. In 3 years I have only twice got 4 stars.

I wonder if it’s lost somewhere or just delayed.. but it’s been quite awhile already too so I doubt that! I will write them & make them aware too. I’m terribly sorry!

janus660 I just opened a case. It’s showing it was delivered on Nov. 5 th. Is your address correct on the receipt? Do you have a secure mailbox or could it have possibly been stolen?

tracyaguy hello I am very sorry for the inconvenience I wanted to let you know that I canceled your order because your item was damage the threaded had started to come out and fray alot I didn't feel comfortable selling this item because once you went to pull it to put it on I felt it would begin to.tear again I am sorry for the inconvenience

janus660 Hi, if u never received why didn’t you open a case with Poshmark? I sent it & it’s shows it was delivered so I don’t think it’s fair that u gave me one star. I’m very upset myself if u didn’t receive item & I know PM would have reimbursed u if they were aware of this! Maybe u can still try to contact them & let them know? janus660 I now recall they sent me an email saying that they show it was delivered. That they would deal with issue directly with you & they released my earnings. Please write to them again & be sure to add order number & every bit of info they need. Do u think it could’ve been delivered but stolen from your property? This is terrible but it’s in no way my fault & I really am affected by a review of 1 star. Please reconsider?? I know I did right on my end. Thanks Jan

makeminemalibu Hi, I'm sorry to see you weren't 5 stars happy with the purchase. Any reason? The item truly was brand new, I never even tried it on myself. I shipped the item at 10 am on 1/13, the day after you purchased. I myself received a message from Poshmark stating that it was taking longer than expected for delivery. I am sure you're aware of the mail delays these days. Please let me know if there is something I could have done differently to earn a 5 star rating. Thanks.
