corawalker104 @cummins8 The only information I have is the tracking number I can double check it and check with my Post Office it shows tracking or it did the last time I checked it. I can maybe try and call the Post Office until I get there again tomorrow

jlaz06 @corawalker104 what website? Google searches all say “subject to copyright” for a reason. If you didn’t create the “artwork” then it doesn’t belong to you. I’m not going to debate it with you- I will just report it as it’s easier than pointing out which listings have images belonging to me. I recognize your use of other sellers images as well. You need to stop doing this.

corawalker104 @jlaz06 Thank you for your input however again I understand what Google says if a name is not across it and I do not see that it's been copyright it because I do get a notification from poshmark if it has been and that the listing has been remoand if I do not see that then I use the picture. The picture comes from somewhere And either were adding to it or taking away from it. Again I don't have a problem removing anything that belongs to anybody as I've already done so in every single instance.

jlaz06 @corawalker104 A stock image is quite different from a manipulated constructed graphic- and you absolutely know the difference. If NARS wants to come for me for using a stock image then that is between NARS and myself. A copyright DOES NOT have to be stamped across an image to claim ownership. MY time is being wasted now- and it will be much easier to go through and report them all to Poshmark at once. I’ve done it before and unfortunately I’m sure I will have to do it again.

I don't need sarcasm or debate anybody on here

bookwitch1970 I have noticed some comments on here about Cora and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her and I trust that she is absolutely honest when dealing with copyright issues. I would not know either! There is no way she would do anything like that on purpose. ‘Stock photos’ used and I would do the same. She and I are developing a lovely business relationship and it seems others are all too quick to point the finger.
