inventing_anna Cora, I love your statement that you record the packaging and shipping process and will share with a friend that was ripped off on a buyer’s return! She sold an authentic handbag and received an empty box upon return 😤

corazonspicks @inventing_anna please do, yes always record and document everything, especially if it’s high end items. I had an issue where I sold a pair of shoes and the buyer stated that they received a pair that were dirty and super beat up and filed for return. Unaware that I documented everything and I was able to prove that to Poshmark they dismissed her return. You should also document if you received a return like you said your friend received an empty box. We can never be too careful ❤️❤️
