@rgh93 I'm disappointed that you aren't satisfied with your Sperry topsiders. They were correctly advertised with the manufacturer's size (which is stenciled under the tongue). If they weren't acceptable, you could have rejected them and returned them to me when you received them. I am uncertain if Posh Mark offers a remedy at this point in time as it is several weeks after your purchase and this is the first time that I have heard from you regarding any concern.

@jgulan The measurement is from the inside. The boots have elastic side panel and zipper closure just in case you didn’t noticed.
