hi, you ordered a Columbia jacket from my closet a week ago. I want to apologize for the delay. I was having problem with my email. I couldn't send any and didn't know why? making it impossible to print my shipping label. Iv gotten it sorted finally. I'm shipping your item this morning first thing. should be tracking by late morning. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I'm going to include a free gift to hopefully make up for it. 😞
