rachelylai @coriburchell Hi Cori, sorry for the delay in you receiving your bracelet. I shipped it out the very next day but unfortunately Canada Post misdirected it to the Maritimes and it took longer to arrive than anticipated. Also, I feel like I packaged it very well with a lot of bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get damaged. Can you let me know what you expected in terms of packaging so I can improve for the future? Thanks in advance.

coriburchell @rachelylai Hi Rachel ... I guess Canada Post somehow messed up this shipment. As for packaging, you had listed the bracelet as NWT...so I expected the original S&D packaging with it. I also usually add a note to my orders ... it’s not absolutely necessary, but it’s a nice touch. Thanks for the bracelet...it’s very nice.

rachelylai @coriburchell thank you for the feedback. I had actually listed the item as NWOT (new without tags) as I didn’t have the original packaging. I don’t normally add a written note to my orders to avoid the extra waste and more paper being thrown out. That’s why I send a note to the buyer on their profile or in a bundle electronically right away to avoid that extra waste but I do want to thank people for shopping with me.
