suzystgermain I’ve been trying to reach you/Poshmark re a pair of Tod’s loafers I purchased. They are counterfeit. Wore for an hour, minimal Walking. Chunks of plastic fell out and left the open punch holes where the nubs were. I got home and lifted the insole and there was a pile of broken plastic. Compared this shoe to my real Tod’s and black nubs are not the same material. Real ones are rubbery. Your packaging was lovely, love the bag. Not happy.

cestes5 @suzystgermain Hi, Im so sorry! I have left a message with posh mark and will be refunding you. I have a pink pair of these Mocs. They are about 10 years old and I think the rubber has hardened. They were a gift and I don’t think the person who gave them would give me counterfeit shoes. I will follow up with PM. suzystgermain @cestes5 thank you! I will amend my review. I have been contacting Poshmark for 10+ days and no reply. I compared these to some older Tod’s, too. I’m not sure about the pair you have but I think it’s possible these are a knock off. Stamp on bottom isnt centered. Best regards!

suzystgermain @cestes5 I have reached out to them 2x with pictures and got a robo reply that they will answer in 24 hours. The first one was April 15 or 16. Another a couple days ago! Argggh! Thanks for updating me and I will try again with them!

suzystgermain @cestes5 Just got a message from them saying they are giving me $54 posh credits for my inconvenience. No explanation and what a weird amount! I would say that your effort to be honorable is commendable but they seem not to have an interest in the same. Proceed with selling and buying with this knowledge...
