facchini Hi, I think I saw a case review on the lucky brand jeans. I am sorry if there is an issue, I try to accurately describe items but I am happy to release payment. I think this will provide you a complete refund. I havent had to do this before so I'm not 100% positive but I can give it a shot? I've heard horror stories dealing with Posh customer service and waiting for a response. So if can help you avoid that let me know. Thanks!
