ctrichilo29 @melodylegacy hi. Maybe you made a mistake when you sent these. They are not the shoes that are pictured. The shoes that you sent me do not have a zipper in the back. There are also obvious signs of wear on the bottom of the shoe and toe marks on the top. They are definitely not the shoes you posted.

melodylegacy @ctrichilo29 I am so sorry. I just looked in my shoe Posh closet and I am totally embarrassed. I picked up the other pair of Kate & Kelly shoes by accident and sent them to you. I feel like 10 billion times so stupid. What did posh tell you to do with the shoes?. Since the case is closed did they refund your money? Trying to figure out how to work this out for you. Again so sorry 😩
