The one star was not necessary as was your comment. I pride myself in fast shipping and have had nearly all 5 stars. You contacted me 18 hours after placing the order and wanted me to cancel which was not possible. You spoke with Poshmark and told you there was nothing they could.

You had a 3 hour window in which to cancel and you missed that by 15 hours. Your phone call is what blew it for you. You sounded entitled and nasty. You should just sell the item on you page and get over yourself.i

I even offered to mail/return the item (pay for shipping myself), just wanted my money returned. It was truly and honestly an accidental purchase! Correction; you were being NASTY!! You Indic this type of a accident has happened to you several times; therefore you were refusing to refund the $$!!

@sassyharris if you would have sent it back on your own and something happened, Poshmark would not have protected me from a potential problem. Your paying for the shipping was a given as it was your error, not mine. Your telling me that P Pal was going to refund your money was a red flag. Why are you still angry if they gave you your money back?

Look, I immediately attempted to cancel the order once I realized the mistake. I tried all day. Unfortunately, I didn’t find your number until the next day. I even offered to return the item, and pay for shipping. I just wanted my $$$ back!!!!YOU WAS BEING NASTY!!! You even indicated this has happened to you more than once. I tried to be as polite as I could possibly be; therefore the one star is what you deserve! Due to your lack of understanding/cooperation, you get what you deserve

@sassyharris just because you did not get you way along with asking me to do something outside of Poshmark's guidelines I deserve one star? IT WAS YOUR ERROR, NOT MINE. I already had one person try to rip me off. I was not going to let it happen again. You needed to contact Poshmark within 3 hours and they would have canceled the order. If they refused to do that, your grip is with them. I pay 20% to have Poshmark handle problems on my sales. I should have nevet been contacted by you.

@sassyharris warning others against what. Not following directions? Within 3 hours you can cancel online through the app. No need to contact Poshmark. If you had read the information online, you would have had no problem. I had already mailed the package. If you had returned say, used bubble gum instead of the wallet, Poshmark would not have helped me because the return would have been done outside of Poshmark. Why should I trust someone I do not even know?

@sassyharris if it said it could not be canceled, it was after 3 hours. If it was before three hours you contact Poshmark and tell them there is a system problem. It should never have gotten to me.

@sassyharris what are you not understanding. Transactions outside of Poshmark are not protected by Poshmark. I do not trust strangers who tell me they are getting their money back from PayP. That was a fib. Red Flags Everywhere.

YOUR REQUEST TO ME TO ALLOW YOU TO RETURN ON YOUR OWN, IS OUTSIDE OF POSHMARK RULES. I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THEIR RULES BECAUSE IF SOMEONE TRIES TO RIP ME OFF THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THE TRANSACTION. PERIOD. WHY IS THAT SO DIFFICULT? AS FOR PAYP.
