corrinestewart @love_on thank you for the welcome. I am still learning how your site works but figuring it out. I do have a question, I was curious how long sellers have to get item shipped out after purchase. I have made 4 orders now, and first two went very smooth, third one push stepped in and sent reminder to seller, and last order I’m still waiting, money taken out of my account 5 days ago, but nothing do far. Thanks any feedback would be appreciated

love_on @corrinestewart Hello, it is best for the seller to mail out in 1 or 2 days because of their rating status. You can give a poor rating once you receive, after the 3rd day they will get a reminder message to mail out and by the 7th day you have the option to cancel the order. The seller doesn’t get the money until you receive and accept order. Poshmark has your funds and will refund you if you cancel after 7 days or the item is never mailed out.
