dl1455 Hello. I’m so very sorry about the musty smell. The clothes were fine when packed but the only box I had big enough was slightly damp and it never occurred to me it would make the clothes smell musty. If you want to return them I’m happy to give you a full refund and my sincere apologies. You could try putting the wool coat in the freezer overnight ,sounds crazy but it should remove the smell. If you decide you want to return please just let me know. Again, my apologies.
