Anyways you can say no just would be a great way to keep in touch and represent eachother cause i could have a section on my website that would be a page dedicated to my ambassadors and i could put your Twitter/ Instagram on there. you can say no. I am going to be creating my own tee shirts because that is the most reasonable with me still being in school and working. and the ambassadors like you would like i said get a free shirt and flyers to hand out either in person or when you make a sale just kind of throw it in etc. my brand name is “wandrsphre” which means wander into a new atmosphere. My brand is to promote people to adventure 🌷🌲🌎

I hope you can see this. I have sent Poshmark 3 separate emails and the situation openly explaining that the vapormaxs do appear to be replicas. The only things they have commented back is that you have to contact them which I’m sure you have. They closed my account and I only asked them to reopen it bc it shut down all communication of resolution.

I’ve called out the person I’ve been buying in bulk from and they have admitted per her own words, “most are replicas (but not all) and I didn’t realize you were going to be selling” BS I know. The only shoes I can account for are some of the 270s that I’ve purchased from outlets/suppliers and retailers but when I go back and look most of the vapormaxs came from the same person. There were a few pair, the pink and the green ones that I commented on.

The other lady that bought the pink pair Poshmark refunded and in that resolution I told them the whole deal and to please refund. The way they work is you have to return them to get a refund which is crazy but I don’t think there is a way around it. Another lady bought a green pair and I messaged her and told her to open a claim once they arrived.

I think the only issue with yours is that you accepted them first and Poshmark doesn’t truly know how to fix it. So if they can resolve it I’ll just refund you somehow. Whether it be an app and my sister just suggested to buy something you mark up from your account. *i know Poshmark will delete if they think we are trying to work an outside deal but this is working a resolution. Thoughts?

And yes, you are correct, the issue posh is having with trying to figure things out for me, is that I accepted the item so the funds were already released to you. Which means that in order to refund me, they have to really look deep into it to make sure that if they refund me, it’s for good reason. It’s time consuming and a pain for everyone and I’d have to potentially wait over a week or so while they

@dealzorbust I would highly recommend being refunded by the person you were buying in bulk from. Bc it is illegal to sell any sort of replica, they will have to refund you! 2 years ago, before I realized what Ali express was and before I realized that they made replica shoes, I had ordered 2 pairs of adidas that I realized were cheap knockoffs upon arrival, I emailed the seller and they refunded me and told me not to bother shipping the shoes back-

@dealzorbust bc they knew what they were doing was illegal and they could get into trouble. It even says on the sellers sites now on Ali express “refunds guaranteed by contacting seller for a return/or keep the item and workout refund with seller” so I’m sure however you purchased your shoes would have a similar agreement.
