cortm26 @katzkoz Thank you for your sweet message 😊. I do have a question. I had a lady buy some shoes from me they were brand new and never worn I described them as a size 11 which they are. She just wrote to me and and said they are a bit off and narrow for a size 11. Is there any type of way for returns or what should I do? Thank you so much for your time.

katzkoz @cortm26 Yes. 1st of all....don't get upset. There's always going to be someone to complain. Just fact. If its a sz 11 and its stated...U did your job. Its like Chicos. Their size 1 is not a size 1... Its sz 4-6....well, if you're not familiar with Chicos, you wouldn't know that. Maybe that particular brand runs small, narrow or wider. It says size 11! U did your job correctly. Now, what can do...cont....

katzkoz @cortm26 Then, she can refuse the order and there will be a reason for them there, like * description. Posh will set up for the shoes to be returned to you NO COST TO U OR BUYER. They're very good about it. 2nd thing U can do...if U want to, is buy something of equal value from her if she's already accepted it. I've done that when I sent the wrong size belt to a Posher. She was very understanding.. But.......

katzkoz @cortm26 but....if she's already rated you and its not a great rating that is your call. They can change the rating up to a certain time.I think. But no one sees your ratings but you. They see the compliments on the love notes if they're good.. So, there are several things you can do but as long as you described it well, its not your fault. I even bought something that was not even described right and ripped. I sent it back and didn't rate her. So no one knew.

katzkoz @cortm26 Isn't it great? U can stay at home, make Ur own rules and no make up too! Yippee! A tip....have U tried PHOTOGRID yet? U can download it for free and its fun. We all use some kind of app to enhance our photos and this is what I use. AND......it helps fit all your photos in the Posh frame with out struggling with camera angles. No more cursing the camera! Try it. There's so many effects to add to your photos👍👍

He graduated from Fouke in 96. I’ve met your brother a couple of times he is actually friends with some friends of ours and he also stopped me one time for going to fast. Lol!
