@drwatson349 probably not. He/she probably wasted your time. And had an invalid payment set up as well, which you found out when you accepted the offer that they purchased. Definitely a waste of time. Makes low ball offers and then when you finally accept he doesn't have payment set up. Asks for multiple angles when there are already plenty of photos
