megannen I sent your order the next day. I will go to the post office tomorrow with my receipt. I also included a very nice free gift. A 3 d unique mascara. Please take my 1 star rating down. I went above and beyond. I cant control the post offices error. But I can make them fix it. I'm going tomorrow to see what the issue is.
