Hi Courtney! Thank you so much for your purchase. I just wanted to let you know that I will be sending your new purse out tomorrow, and that I undo one of the buckles on each of the straps so that they wouldn’t get bent out of shape during shipping. I didn’t want you to panic seeing it half taken apart! You’ll just want to rebuckle them when it arrives so they can go back to the right shape. Thanks again 🤗
