pronemermaid I was wondering where the nine west pumps went that I ordered a while back. You might have shipped them to the WRONG address. I live in HI. Right now shipping tracking says NASHUA, NH. So, unless they are really really delayed, we need to figure this out. Please and thank you.

somervicour @pronemermaid The item was shipped a week ago. I shipped other items the same day that all arrived by Monday 8/1. I have the receipts for verification purposes. The tracking # is 9405510899359156940185. Please note that USPS posted a comment today that "the package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date." USPS did not cite a reason. I apologize; I agree this is unacceptable for priority shipping. I will call USPS tomorrow for further details.

somervicour @pronemermaid Yes I shipped to your address in Hawaii and made sure I received the receipt of intake at the post office. The USPS notification states it should have arrived Tuesday 8/2 but it shows still in transit. Usually items arrive ahead of schedule. I'm really sorry. You should have received the heels by now; I understand your frustration! I will keep you updated after I speak with the post office and see if I can get an expected delivery date.
