yumcouture Hello, upon doing a final inspection before shipping, I saw the tag and it says small, which makes no sense. The measurements are bit to bit 23 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is generous 25 inches. Please let me know if the dress would fit and you would like me to send it. Thanks.
