classiccourtney @theanswerislove Hi there, Just got back to town and received my bag. Thank you for wrapping it so nicely! Regarding the front panel- the print (not the ivory canvas, but the flowers) seems a bit discolored/muddled. Did someone attempt to clean the panel and the colors blended? Or is it sun bleached? I’m trying to figure out if there is any way to remedy this, so I just want all the information. Otherwise the bag is in fine shape. Thanks for your help.

theanswerislove Hi there. The panel was never sun-bleached...it had actually not seen the light of day for over 25 years. The bag was cleaned with ivory soap and water on the canvas and a leather conditioner on leather. I did, however, see the slight difference in brightness that you are describing. I honestly think that this is due to the age of the bag. I have a second flora bag that has the same problem. The colors (especially the blue) will bleed outside the lines and canvas is lighter in some areas.

theanswerislove I want you to be happy with your purchase. I can offer you an additional discount on your purchase of $25 if that works. I also have a second Flora bag, but it is not as nice as the one you have. The strap is plain and the canvas is much darker (not as clean), but it is the same size. The colors, especially blue, tend to bleed. Please let me know what you decide to do. I would be happy to send you pics. Thanks :)
