elishevagabriel @rosalovestx Rosa, I'm not sure if I sent my previous response correctly...if not, I wanted to say that they shipping time is not a worry, I know it's Christmas. No rush. Also, I did want to ask a question: I just wanted to confirm that the waist measurement is in fact 32 inches. I have this skirt in a 6 also, and I thought the waist on the 4 would be a bit smaller than 32. Thanks for confirming. Courtney

rosalovestx @elishevagabriel Hi! Courtney! I had packaged everything up. I reopened the box. I have carefully measured the waist and it is 31 inches. Is it going to be a problem for you? The label states size 4. 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex. Can I make it up to you in any way if this was not what you were looking for. Please advise. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Many thanks!

elishevagabriel @classiclbd Hey Kat, I have a problem with the skirt I received...it is so stretched at the waist that it is unwearable. I know the description said it can fit a waistband of 31-38 inches, and I can wear up to a 32 inch skirt waist, but this item truly falls right off my body down to my feet, past my 38 inch hip/thigh area. This is clearly a stretched waistband that needs a seamstress' attention. Thanks, Courtney

classiclbd @elishevagabriel ok, if it is unwearable then that is not good. Please don't accept it, and go ahead and return it through posh, they will send you a free return label. Explain it to them and I will add I am ok with a return and it should go through... I am sorry for this inconvenience.
