snyderreseller @ryoscloset I'm surprised to hear that as I've properly packaged and bubble wrap all my jewels. I take pride in sending my merchandise with care so maybe something happened in transit. I guess the next step would be reaching out to Poshmark as I've never had issues and we can get something done on your end.

ryoscloset @ckapisak you packaged everything neat, beautifully & carefully! A small stone fell out of the black earrings & was in the bubble wrap. On the back of that same earring 1 screw was missing. I looked carefully but couldn’t find it in any of the wrapping. Not sure if any of that makes sense but I can submit a picture to Poshmark and see if/how they tell us to proceed.

pacific_mh I’m happy to take the j.crew jewelry back and refund your money. Yes the plastic back was missing, which literally cost 10 cents. I’ll send you a box of them. The earrings were never worn and definitely not broken when I put them in the box. There was no intention of misrepresentation. I’ve also contacted Poshmark to see if I can get the jewelry back and cancel the sale.
