hausbklyn @courtneyaudra Hi! Thanks for your interest! The bust is roughly 18" left to right and 15" underarm to underarm with an 8" sleeve opening (sleeves have a little bit of stretch). The blouse itself is 24" long from the very top of the neckline to the bottom, and the waist stretches to about 20" (so 40" in circumference) since it is elastic. Hope this helps!
