ava12s My hesitation is the pencil fit. I'm a size 8, 5'3", 130 pounds &I carry my weight in the thighs so.... wondering g about pencil fit.🤔Sorry to be a pest.

kikicoopfla @ava12s I understand! So hard to buy this way. The hips do flare out a bit... not as much as the other but there is a bit more room. I will measure the hips and post pic. 😍

kikicoopfla @ava12s Yes at its widest point it measures 21 flat. Between waist and farther down it measures 19 so it seems to gradually get wider. Hope this helps!!
