holleysue Hi Courtney, I received your rating on my bag. And it was a surprise. I always disclose the conditions of my items thouroughly. Though, I am a human I must have missed seeing the marks mentioned. I did photograph the interior of the bag and I don’t see any marks except the one I listed in the description. 🤔 but I am very sorry to hear this.
