courtsblue @brandais I completely understand, and am once again incredibly sorry for your experience. Since the item never reached you and we immediately contacted poshmark support, you just need to cancel the order on your end to receive your refund as the payment has always been pending. brandais @courtsblue I tried to cancel, but I receive their answer that the status is: sent to wrong buyer. The funds were taken out of my account when I purchased. I will also text and contact Poshmark support
